Who are we, really?
Made up of dedicated EHS professionals who have worked in the industry for recognizable global brands, we are reimagining what safety and compliance means for organizations of all sizes. We bring our global experience to meet the local challenges.

Our Story
Resilient EHS was built on a simple belief: organizations thrive when safety is not an obligation, but a shared commitment. Founded by a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional with decades of experience across industries and continents, our firm brings a global perspective shaped by real workplaces, real people, and real challenges.
From manufacturing floors in the Midwest to laboratories in the Caribbean and rapidly evolving industries across Asia, we’ve seen firsthand how culture, context, and community shape the way safety works. That global lens allows us to translate complex risks into real‑world solutions which are practical, evidence‑based strategies that fit the way people actually work.
But expertise alone isn’t enough. At the heart of Resilient EHS is a belief in trusted partnership. We don’t drop in with a checklist and disappear. We listen. We collaborate. We build capacity within your teams so that safety becomes sustainable long after the project ends. Our clients know us as a steady, thoughtful partner who brings clarity to complexity and confidence to decision‑making.
Today, Resilient EHS continues to grow through relationships, reputation, and a commitment to elevating health and safety wherever people live and work. Whether we’re developing training for a global workforce, guiding a startup through regulatory uncertainty, or helping a community organization strengthen its safety culture, our mission remains the same:
to deliver insight shaped by the world, solutions grounded in reality, and partnerships built on trust.
